Aligning and Up-Leveling Technical Leadership


A software firm had grown quickly and hired new 40 managers and directors. They were inconsistent, and didn’t seem to understand what was expected of them in this company with its unique culture. We partnered with the CEO and the HR director to provide simple and revealing assessments, define what they really wanted from their mid- and first-tier management levels, and combined 360-degree feedback, private coaching, and a two-day training and team-building seminar.
